Sheriff’s deputy injured in auto accident

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – Saturday afternoon around 5:30 pm a Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy on his way to a call with lights and siren when his cruiser was struck by an oncoming vehicle.

The accident occurred at Highway M and Catlin.

Sheriff Glenn Boyer says the deputy was airlifted to a local hospital with head injuries.
