Slay joins 100 US mayors bringing attention to Gun Violence Awareness Day

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - People across the country were encouraged to wear orange, the color of safety vests, to call attention to the National Gun Violence Awareness Day Thursday. The Civil Courts building downtown St. Louis was lit in orange for the occasion.

St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay is among 100 Mayors nationwide wearing orange today.
