GLENDALE, MO (KTVI) - Vitale's Deli "off the Hill" is celebrating it's first year in business. Owner Mike Vitale and wife opened the shop after decades of working for Mike's family business Vitale Bakery. That connection lives on as Vitale's Deli uses fresh baked bread from their nearby family bakery. Vitale's Deli uses Boars Head premium deli meat in all of its sandwiches. The menu consists of specials named after family members, each with some inspiration from Mike's home neighborhood of The Hill.
