ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - In his days in the NFL, Herschel Walker was known for his workout routine and he's carried that with him throughout his life. Now in his 50's and in the cage as an MMA fighter, his fitness routine is still strong.

Herschel Walker is back in St. Louis for the big Bellator-Dynamite-2 event at Scottrade Center on Friday night. He's here this morning to discuss the MMA events this week and his workout routine.

Walker does 750-1500 push ups every day as well as 3000 sit ups, pull ups, dips! Wow! This amazing workout routine helped him in a sport that he loves, MMA.

The former NFL player will be at the 'Bellator: Dynamite 2' this Friday, which is the only event with both an MMA cage and a kickboxing ring on the same arena floor. Superstars like Rampage Jackson, Matt Mittrione, Joe Schilling and High Ridge Missouri Michael Chandler who fights for the light weight world championship.
