HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Still not satisfied with your swimsuit body?  Arthur Shivers, a personal trainer at Generation III Fitness, shows the men how to get that ideal, chiseled upper body during this hot season.  Shivers suggests allowing about 30 minutes for these upper body reps and recommends having a light/heavy set of dumbbells and a stability ball nearby.
