ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Major K. Kendall Mathew of the Salvation Army is very upset this Sunday.  Someone for the last several weeks has been dumping trash in front of the Salvation Army store located at Forest Park and Sarah in midtown St. Louis.

Mathews stated the trash has nothing of value and is not a donation, leaving Salvation Army staff to clean up the mess.
