PEVELY, MO – A 3-month old needs a life-saving kidney transplant. The Children’s Organ Transplant Association says that Michael Loness was born at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis in April. He was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Kidney Disease. The organization is raising $50,000 for a transplant.
Volunteers are needed for fundraising and to help with transplant-related expenses. Michael’s family has asked for assistance from the Children’s Organ Transplant Association. They want to make sure that nois denied a transplant because of lack of funds. One hundred percent of all funds raised are used for patients’ transplant-related expenses.
