The tropical low pressure is on the move…slowly…taking the big flood rains into the Ohio Valley and the eastern Great Lakes and Up-State New York on Tuesday…this continues to be the plume of clouds and moisture direct from the gulf of mexico… our rains will taper off today and go quiet going thru the afternoon and evening on Tuesday…quiet Wednesday and Thursday…warm to hot and very, very humid…the northwest flow sends another wet run at us Friday night and Saturday.
