Missouri issues ‘Endangered Silver Advisory’ for missing O’Fallon man

Billie J HubbardO’Fallon, MO (KTVI) – The state of Missouri has issued an endangered silver advisory for an O’Fallon man. Police say that Billie Jo Hubbard, 85, was last seen at around 11:15am Wednesday at the Walgreens on North Main. He was picking up a prescription and has not been seen since.

Hubbard is diagnosed with dementia and unknown heart condition. He is described as a white male with white hair and blue eyes. He is 5’8″ tall, 156lbs and has a light complexion. The missing man was last seen wearing a powder blue button up long sleeve shirt and navy blue shorts.

His vehicle is described as a sliver 2007 Hyundai Sonata with Missouri licence plate ID SE5B3L.

Anyone Hubbard or his vehicle should call the O’Fallon police department at 636-240-3200 or 911 immediately.
