ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – It’s time for the second annual Farmscape that invites young and old to escape to the farm for a day in downtown St. Louis! Richard Fordyce, Missouri Director of Agriculture and Christi Miller, Missouri Grown Program manager briefly discuss what all the event entails.
The event will include a meet a Missouri farmer presented by Monsanto. Throughout the day, more than 20 Missouri farmers will engage in conversations about agriculture hot topics: sustainability, organic food, gmos, antibiotics, hormones, factory farms and more.
Farmscape, presented by Anheuser-Busch and hosted by the Missouri Department of Agriculture, is free and takes place tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
