COLUMBIA, MO (KTVI) – A follow up to last week’s reports of date rape drugs being used by pledges at a Mizzou fraternity.

Over the weekend, Delta Upsilon’s national office issued a statement saying their chapter was not being investigated for date rape drugs.

The fraternity said they were being investigated for two September incidents, one involving alcohol and allegations of racial harassment.

Representatives for the fraternity called the date rape drug allegations unfounded rumors.
