Major Case looking for public’s help in Sauget homicide investigation

SAUGET, IL (KTVI) – The Major Case Squad is looking for witnesses who may have seen a homicide victim driving around in a truck before he was killed.  The victim is identified as 23-year-old Kiron Carter of St. Louis. Carter would have been driving the Ford F250 before noon Friday. His body was later located in that truck.

The truck was reported stolen Tuesday, November 1,  in St. Louis. Police are asking for information relating to the truck’s theft as well. Anyone with information is asked to call the Major Case Squad at 618-337-5267.

Investigators are looking into more than fifty leads in Carter’s death.
