CHESTERFIELD, MO (KTVI) – The grades are in, and Parkway Schools again earned a high score on the state report card! Parkway is ranked as one of the top performing school districts in St. Louis County.

Parkway earned 98.2 percent on the 2016 Annual Performance Report released this week by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

DESE uses APR scores to determine how well school districts are meeting Missouri’s education standards under the state’s accountability system. Schools that score above 90% are considered accredited with distinction.

Missouri’s rating system is based on a number of factors including academic achievement (school status, student progress and student growth), subgroup achievement, high school readiness, college or career readiness, attendance rate and graduation rate.
