Snow flurries in the forecast this weekend

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Snow Bunnies! This is interesting. A long range snow projection from FOX 2 meteorologist Dave Murray. He says there will be snow flurries on Saturday with strong winds and much colder temps.

Temperatures are running a few degrees cooler than Monday thanks to the cold front that passed through. Still sunny and mild with highs in the mid to upper 60°s Tuesday. A few clouds roll through this evening, but that’s about it. Back to sunshine Wednesday and highs pushing into the low 70°s. Windy and very warm Thursday ahead of our next storm system. Highs will easily climb into the upper 70°s, maybe even higher. The record high is 80° set just back in 2013. A strong cold front Friday brings rain and thunderstorms then colder weather for the weekend.

Don't forget to watch the Dave's Long Range Winter Forecast this Thursday at 9pm on Fox 2.
