Dave Murray’s latest weather disco…FRIDAY…November 18, 2016.
.
An interesting weather day today…thanks to a cold front rolling by about midday…mostly cloudy skies and gusty winds…the warmest part of the day will be in the morning…into the 60’s…then with the front a fast round of rain and storms…wind being the big feature that could go strong to severe. Any wet out by mid to late afternoon and with the front temps start the drop…dropping through the 50’s Friday afternoon…35 for the overnight low…winds stay strong and gusty through Saturday. Saturday brings a mix of clouds and sun…very windy and cold…about 45 for the high…feels colder…the first wind chill day…still thinking there will be a few snow flurries here and there…especially north and east of metro STL. The hard freeze for everyone Saturday night into Sunday morning…Sunday…sunshine…40’s to near 50 degrees
However temperatures start to rise again going into Thanksgiving week….right now looking wet on Tuesday and Tuesday night…drying out for Thanksgiving..partly sunny and in the mid 50’s
.
Don’t forget my STL winter forecast will be this Thursday night at 9pm on Fox 2…and we will replay the special Friday afternoon at 5:30pm..
