Missing Mehlville toddler found safe

MEHLVILLE, MO (KTVI)-Relief this morning in the case of a missing child. An 18-month-old girl last seen Tuesday afternoon has been found safe.

The Missouri Highway Patrol had issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Kenadie Lipsey. The toddler was last seen with her non-custodial father, Kendall Lipsey.

Lipsey took the child from her mother's home in Mehlville and reportedly told her she would never see her daughter again. Police say Kenadie was returned to her mother unharmed.

They have not said whether the father was taken into custody or if he faces any charges.
