Missouri Highway Patrol posts warning about driving in high water

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) - Fallen tree limbs, power lines, and swift water could cause dangerous driving conditions on the roads. The Missouri Highway Patrol posted this video earlier today of Highway 221 in St. Francois County showing water rushing over the road. They want to remind drivers to turn around and don't risk driving across flooded areas.
