Burglars take thousands in equipment from auto repair shop

ST. LOUIS, MO — Police are investigating an overnight break-in in north St. Louis. Around 1am Thursday someone broke into the Geisz auto repair shop on McLaran avenue.

Neighbors heard the store alarm go off and called police.
Four containers of equipment worth about a $1,000 were taken.

Police are now checking surveillance video from the store.
