    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI) – It is homecoming night for the Collinsville Kahoks, but the usual good spirits are subdued this year after freshman Tray Turner died from injuries he suffered in a fall over a banister inside the high school.     Student dies from injuries after fall at Collinsville High School

    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI) – The Collinsville High School student who suffered severe injuries after falling earlier this week has died. Tray Turner was hospitalized in St. Louis after falling from a staircase at the high school Monday. The Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 is deeply saddened by his loss. “Each student is special and Tray will be missed.     Collinsville rallies around student injured in fall

    (KTVI) – The Collinsville community is coming together to help the family of a student injured in a fall at the high school this week. Kahok Strong is leading a drive to collect get well cards, gift cards, gas cards and cash donations for the student and his family. The organization will also collect money at the football game Friday night with the money helping school families in need.

    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI) – A Collinsville high school student is hospitalized in St. Louis with severe injuries suffered Monday in a fall from a staircase at the high school.     Pair arrested after $2.4 million in drug money discovered during traffic stop

    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI) – The Illinois State Police confiscated approximately $2.4 million in suspected drug money from during a traffic stop in Madison County. Authorities took the first step Friday to turn all that cash into drug fighting money.     Body found near car dealership in Collinsville

    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI)- Police are investigating after a body was found Monday morning in Collinsville. It was discovered in a storage area near Laura Buick GMC located at 903 N. Bluff Road. Collinsville police say that an abandoned vehicle was found at around 5am Monday at Stow-A-Way Properties. The owner of the vehicle is known to collect recyclable items from dumpsters. Police found Douglas Delashmit, 48, in a targe trash receptacle located near the vehicle. He was deaceased.     Body found along Highway 159 near world’s largest Catsup Bottle

    COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI)- The body of a man was discovered Wednesday morning in a field near the world famous Catsup Bottle tower in Collinsville. Police are calling the death suspicious.
