    ST. LOUIS, MO(KTVI) The 43rd annual downtown St. Patrick’s Day parade was once again a huge success.  Robert O’Loughlin was the honorary Parade Marshall.  St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay and St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley joined a Marine color guard in leading the parade.
