    Police Seek Suspects in R.V. Center Thefts

    HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) – Police in Hazelwood are investigating vandalism and theft  Apache Village. Employees of the R.V. dealership and service center arrived Wednesday to find broken glass and debris scattered through their lot and quickly learned more than 20 recreational vehicles and campers were hit.     Police: Truck Transporting Medical Mice Stolen

    St Charles, MO (KTVI) -Two St. Charles County men have been charged with stealing a Freightliner truck Wednesday morning at a motel on Zumbehl. Police say 30-year-old Dustin Mass and 23-year-old Matthew Haney smashed the window of the truck and started driving toward I-70. The driver of the semi-truck had left it running because it was carrying 2000 medical mice. The mice were valued at $10,000. Police say employees at the hotel alerted the driver to the theft.     O’FALLON, MO (KTVI)– A 7th grade math teacher from Fort Zumwalt West Middle School is arrested for having child porn. District Superintendent Dr. Bernard DuBray says Matt Hansen, 38, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography. He was arrested Monday morning during a suicide attempt in Van Buren County, Iowa.     BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI) – A raid on an unincorporated Belleville home nets drugs, cash and an arrest. The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department had been investigating the home at 6 Kingsway Drive near Belleville for a month because of reports of increased traffic and possible drug dealings at the residence.     CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) – A Washington University student has died from complications of meningococcal disease diagnosed three weeks ago. Emily Benatar passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital Wednesday morning. Benatar was a first-year student from California attending the College of Arts & Sciences.
