Downloads Of Emotional Song Helping Joplin Recovery

This is an archived article and the information in the article may be outdated. Please look at the time stamp on the story to see when it was last updated.

It was a song that started being written after the Hurricane Katrina disaster but was never quite finished. Timing is everything.  The song is now done and now it’s helping raise funds for tornado relief in Joplin, MO.  Mark Chapman and Bill Bruce of the Mark Chapman Band are here. The May 22 tornado touched down close to home: Mark is from Pierce City, MO and Bill is from Springfield, MO.

Now they are giving back. Download the single “Where Would You Go (If You Couldn’t Go Home)?” on Amazon and iTunes and 100% of the profits will go to the American Red Cross, victims memorial funds and other charities dedicated to rebuilding Joplin, MO.
