Learn To Make Gourmet Hors d’oeuvres

Chef Dana Liljequist  from Mount Pleasant Estates is hosting a gourmet culinary class on Saturday, March 10th. This is the first of two gourmet classes he'll host. The first one is the art of hors d'oeuvres.

Chef Dana makes smoked chicken salad, artichoke florentine dip, vegetarian spring rolls, dates wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon and spanakopita. Therse are just a sample of the hors d'oeuvres created in his class.

The winery officially opens April 7th. The tasting room is open all year-round, but all the buildings will open April 7.  there will be live music on the patio.
