East St. Louis police say the community is in the midst of a gun war stemming from a murder last weekend outside Club 103.

Police say that these two men caught on surveillance video leaving the club are the focus of a police investigation.  One of the men is wearing a distinctive red shirt that says 'R.I.P. Dre' on the back. Police say that is in reference to a man killed last year.

Almost a dozen homes have been sprayed with gunfire this week. Some with small children inside.

Police say they suspect most of the problems are linked to drugs and gangs.
