MILD WEATHER REMAINS IN PLACE THE BULK OF THE WEEK…WITH TWO MAIN SHOTS OF RAIN AND STORMS…ONE TUESDAY NIGHT…A FEW STORMS MAY GO SEVERE…THEN ANOHER PROLONGED SHOT OF RAIN AND STORMS IN THE FRIDAY-SATURDAY TIME FRAME…SO WE CLOSE OUT MARCH…MILD…BUT STILL NOT EXPECTING THAT TO LAST FOR APRIL…EXPECT MORE TEMPERATURE SWINGS AND I STILL THINK WE HAVE COLD WEATHER IN OUR FUTURE…KEEP THAT IN MIND FOR OUTSIDE PLANTING…DO NOT RUSH THE SEASON.
