Republican Presidential Candidates Face 3 Primaries Tuesday

(CNN)-Republican voters are heading to the polls today in Wisconsin, Maryland and the District of Columbia to vote in the presidential primary.  Front runner mitt Romney is looking for victory in all three primaries where rival Rick Santorum is not on the ballot.

Romney has a primary night party scheduled in Milwaukee.
Currently Romney has exactly half of the 1,144 delegates needed to win the nomination.  Ninety-five delegates are at stake in today's primaries.
