LA Coroner Releases More Details On Whitney Houston’s Death

LOS ANGELES, CA (CNN) - A Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has released more information on the death of Whitney Houston. A small spoon with a "white crystal substance," an ashtray, and several medication bottles were found in the singer's room.

The bathtub in which she drowned had only about a foot of water in it.  The autopsy also revealed, Cocaine, other drugs and heart disease contributed to her death.
