Woman Grazed By Bullet From Car In North St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Homicide detectives called to the scene of a shooting in North St. Louis.  A woman and a man were sitting in a car near the intersection of Redbud & Carter. The 28-year-old woman was hit in the head by a bullet from another car.

The woman and man went to the fire station for help when they saw the car that fired at them pass by. Police were able to stop the car and take the two occupants into custody.  Police recovered a gun from the car that they believe was used in the shooting.

Homicide detectives have been called off of this case.  The woman was just grazed by the bullet and is expected to survive.
