Rocker Ted Nugent Due In Court For Killing A Black Bear

ALASKA, (CNN) - Rocker Ted Nugent has a court date in Alaska Tuesday.  He's expected to plead guilty to illegally killing a black bear.

Killing the bear was a federal misdemeanor.

The bear was killed during a hunting trip in 2009 and was filmed for his outdoor channel TV show, "Spirit Of The Wild."

Nugent has agreed to two years probation, a $10,000 fine, a 1 year ban on hunting and fishing in Alaska.
