Kinloch Firefighter Dies After Battling Blaze

KINLOCH, MO (KTVI) - The Kinloch Fire Department is mourning the death
of Captain Richard Parks who passed away Friday morning at the age of 47. Captain Parks suffered a medical emergency after returning to the fire station. He had been part of a crew fighting an early morning fire.

Parks became a Kinloch firefighter at the age of 18 and served with the department for 31 years.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
