ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– Two people hurt in last month’s storm and tent collapse filed lawsuits Monday.

Clayton Attorneys Todd Muchnik and Aaron Haber claim a St. Louis city ordinance requires tents to withstand 90 mph winds.

On Saturday, April 28th, a couple hundred people ducked into a tent next to Killroy’s Sports Bar near Busch Stadium.

More than 100 people reported injuries and Waterloo resident, Alfred Goodman, died of head and neck injuries.
