Euro Crisis Deepens, Spanish Bank Seeks Bailout

(BBC) – In the deepening Euro crisis, Spain’s fourth largest bank, Bankia, has asked the Spanish government for a $19 Billion Euro ($24B USD) bailout.  Bankia has also restated its recent earning report from a profit of $305M Euro to a loss of nearly $3B Euro for 2011.
