St. Louis County Aims To Cut Copper Thefts

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO. (KPLR) - A new law in St. Louis County is taking aim at cutting thefts of copper, catalytic converters and air conditioner parts.  It requires any person selling scrap metal to present a valid identification and dealers to keep a computer database of all transactions.
