(KTVI) - What would a professional big wave surfer be doing landlocked in the middle of the country in St. Louis? Probably not trying to conquer the mighty Mississippi.
Garrett Macnamara is the world record holder for surfing the highest wave ever at 78 feet and surfed that monster wave in Portugal. He's either amazing, gifted or just plain crazy and is called the "Michael Jordan of surfing."
