EDWARDSVILLE, IL (KTVI) - Dr. Bridget Brasfield showed Tim how to "Stay Fit While You Sit." It is yoga for those who sit all day.  Most professionals sit an average of 9 and 1/2 hours a day.  That might sounds low, but could be even longer when added to commute time, eating and couch time.  We sit a lot.

Doing a pose or two hourly throughout the day can give you some of the benefits of a yoga practice and help relieve the results of sitting too much.
