CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) - While most of us try and hide from the sun, Clayton's city hall welcomes those rays. This month, Clayton began a $1.1 million solar panel installation project.  Three hundred and twenty-seven solar panels will collect the dun's energy atop Brentwood Boulevard's Heritage Building parking garage.

Clayton mayor, Linda Goldstein, talked about the project on FOX 2 News in the Morning.
