CENTRAL WEST END (KTVI) – Friday night was a fashion show of a different sort at the Moonrise Hotel.  At the Garbage Gala, all the creations were made from garbage bags and duct tape.

The fashion show raised over $19,000 for the Salvation Army's homeless shelters and programs in the St. Louis region.
