(KTVI) - A Ferguson man with a front yard organic vegetable garden has won his battle to keep his garden.  It's at 309 Louisa Avenue.  Last May, Ferguson officials asked Karl Tricamo to remove the veggie garden claiming it violates local zoning ordinances.

Karl says it doesn't and claimed the city was harassing him.   But Tricamo gets to keep his garden.

Tricamo decided instead to grow organic fruits and vegetables so he could feed his son healthy, chemical-free food. All of Tricamo`s crops, after all, are heirloom, organic, non-GMO, and non-hybrid, and he maintains them with the utmost care and respect, ensuring that they are not a nuisance to his neighbors.
