Adam Wainwright tossed his second complete game of the season and also contributed two hits to lead the Cardinals to a 6-1 win over the Brewers on Saturday night at Busch Stadium.

Wainwright threw just 98 pitches in the complete game effort and allowed just one run on five hits while striking out seven. He drove in a run with a double in the Cards four run 3rd inning. Yadier Molina drove in two runs and the Cardinals also got home runs from Carlos Beltran, his 25th and Jon Jay, his third of the season.

The night was extra special with the 1982 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals being honored before the game with a parade. Twenty members of that championship team took part in the festivities.
