Superintendent: Teacher Did Not Share Student Shower Videos

O’FALLON, MO (KTVI) – Fort Zumwalt school district superintendent of Dr. Bernard DuBray sent home a letter to parents regarding a teacher who had secretly videotaped students undressing for the shower at camp.  In his initial letter sent on June 25th he warned parents that former teacher Matt Hansen had been arrested for possession of child pornography.

According to superintendent DuBray detectives have determined that Matt Hansen has not shared his recordings with others.  Mr. Hansen has resigned as a teacher for the Fort Zumwalt School District.  He is still in police custody.

Crisis counselors have been and will be made available to parents and their students.
