(KTVI)-On the Jaco Report, Charles takes a look at violence in the streets and what we can do about it, especially in the city's African-American communities. Crime's been dropping for years. But suddenly this summer, gun violence has spiked. And while a few shootings have generated headline, the daily drumbeat of violence on the streets goes largely unnoticed.

Charles talks with a former gang banger and a former cop about trying to stop the violence claiming yet another generation of American kids.
