Former Valley Park Mayor Charged With Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The former Mayor of Valley Park has been charged with four counts of fraudulent use of a city credit card.  He’s also been charged with drunken driving in Brynes Mill, Mo. in Jefferson County.

Nathan Grellner resigned in June after coming under fire for questionable spending on the city’s credit card.
In addition the DWI charge he’s also charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
Grellner’s accused of leading police on a chase and then spitting on one of the arresting officers. Shortly after the arrest he was treated at a hospital for drug abuse.
