(KTVI) – After days of hype, Donald Trump has finally made his big announcement regarding President Barack Obama. However, that announcement sounded more like a proposition.

Trump took to YouTube to offer $5 million dollars to the charity of President Obama’s choosing if the President releases his college records and applications as well as his passport application.

Trump says in the video that the announcement would be in the best interest of the United States.  Trump says if Obama releases the records, the check will be written and delivered within one hour of the announcement.  Trump is giving President Obama until October 31 to release the documents.

The caveat, he says, is that they have to be submitted by Oct. 31.
