Fake Twitter Pics From Super Storm Sandy

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Twitter users have been posting images of Hurricane Sandy as it made landfall on the East coast.  You can’t always believe everything you see on the internet.  Some of the images have been enhanced with the use of images editing tools like photoshop.

One of the more popular things to do with the pics is to put a shark somewhere unexpected.  The statue of Liberty has gotten special treatment.  She has been seen hiding behind her pedestal and joined by the likes of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and Godzilla.
