ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Meghan Byrne, Marilee Fisher, Drew Hargrave and Kelly Pang are members of the Washington University volleyball team.  They will be headed to Elmhurst, Illinois, for the NCAA Tournament Action.

The Bears finished the regular season with a 29-3 record. They will face College of Mount St. Joseph in the opening round at 3 p.m. Friday. The other three regional quarterfinal matchups Friday will feature No. 15 University of Chicago against Benedictine University (Ill.) at 12:30 p.m., No. 20 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater vs. Thomas More College at 5:30 p.m., and No. 9 Elmhurst College against Webster University at 8 p.m.

Washington University has won an NCAA Division III record 10 national championships, including most recently in 2009. The Bears are coached by Rich Luenemann. They are making their 26th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and are 91-16 all-time in the NCAA Tournament, which is the second-most wins by any program.

Washington U. received an at-large bid to the 2012 NCAA Tournament after falling to No. 6 Emory University in the University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship Saturday.
