Mizzou Asst. Head Coach David Yost Stepping Down

COLUMBIA, MO (KTVI) – The Mizzou Tigers’ assistant head football coach resigned after 12 years on the Mizzou coaching staff  Monday morning.  Yost cited personal reasons for his decision.   He came from Toledo, Ohio with Coach Gary Pinkel.

He joined Pinkel’s staff in 1996 as a graduate assistant.  When they came to Mizzou, Yost was the quarterbacks coach and recruiting coordinator.

His resignation is effective immediately.
