The Minnesota Vikings came in to the Edward Jones Dome and ended the Rams three game losing streak with a 36-22 win. The loss severely hampers the Rams playoffs chances as their record drops to 6-7-1 with two games remaining in the regular season.

In the loss to the Vikings, the Rams couldn't contain the NFL's top rusher, Adrian Peterson. He ran for 212 yards including an 82 yard TD run. The Vikings reeled off 23 second quarter points to lead 30-7 at halftime.

Sam Bradford tried to rally his Rams with two 4th quarter TD passes to cut the Minnesota lead to 33-22. In the loss, a milestone was reached however. Rams running back Steven Jackson reached the 10,000 yard mark in rushing during the game.

The Rams travel to Tampa next Sunday to play the Bucs in a must win situation to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.

Fox 2 Sports reporter Charlie Marlow reports from the Rams locker room after the loss to Minnesota.
