(KTVI)-On the Jaco Report, Charles Jaco talk with the man who wants to replace Francis Slay as mayor of St. Louis. Board of Aldermen president Lewis Reed has made no secret of his differences with Slay. Now after three terms, Reed says Slay has overstayed his welcome.  Reed is challenging Slay in the March 5, 2013 Democratic primary.

Reed says that under Mayor Slay’s watch the city has lost population and jobs and is more racially-divided than ever.
