Halak and Blues Shut Out Predators 3-0

Blues goalie Jaroslav Halak posted his second shut out of the young season as the Note blanked the Nashville Predators 3-0 at Scottrade Center on Thursday night. Halak only had to make 13 saves to record that second shut out. The Blues got goals from T.J. Oshie, his 3rd of the season on the power play in the first period. Patrik Berglund scored on a penalty shot in the second period to make it a 2-0 game. Rook Vladimir Tarasenko continues to shine. He scored his 4th goal of the young season in the third period to give St. Louis a 3-0 lead. The win gives the Blues an early record on 3 wins and 1 loss.
