(KTVI) - There's a new bully bill in Missouri. State Representatives Sue Allen and Tom Flanigan are the sponsors. House Bill 134 would change laws regarding bullying in schools and establish an anti-bullying school policy. 

Tina Meier testifies on the house floor on Wednesday.  Her daughter Megan committed suicide after being bullied on the internet.
